Hey there friend - I'm Cheyenne! Here to help you break free from the norm and celebrate your kick-ass love story authentically.

ABOUT

I still remember the first wedding (turned elopement) that I photographed in 2020 - right smack in the middle of a world shut down. It was the craziest experience, but one that I'm grateful for and will forever hold close to my heart. Helping my couple navigate the sudden changes and plan their elopement alongside them was incredible. Being able to support and witness them and photograph these moments is when I knew I wanted to photograph weddings. That year I photographed 7 weddings / elopements. All thanks to my amazing couples, my  husband and I also eloped in 2020 - the best way we knew how, on a mountain top in the Adirondacks.

When I'm not photographing awesome people, or spending time with family, you can find me remodeling and decorating our 1970s farmhouse, riding horses, hanging out in an oversized hoodie + leggings and lets be real ... sleeping. Ya girl loves to sleep! 🙌🏼

You might be sitting there wondering how this journey to becoming a photographer even started and why I decided to pick up a camera in the first place.

It all started in 2019 - after having a serious medical event, I knew I needed to change my life around. Working 60+ hour weeks as an EMT and going to Paramedic school just wasn't cutting it anymore. I was being called to do more / be more (crazy, right?). While laying in a hospital bed, the only thing helping me remember names, faces + memories were the photos on my phone. That's when I knew I wanted to freeze moments. I wanted to make time stand still. I wanted to capture memories. So I picked up a camera and never looked back. After having my daughter, my love for photography only grew stronger.

I never really dreamed of being a photographer. It just happened + I'm SO glad it did.
